My Weight Matters

The Wivenhoe Patients Participation Group (PPG) has now launched a My Weight Matters programme at the Wivenhoe Medical Centre every Thursday between 4pm and 5pm.

Want to lose weight? This is a free 12 week programme with proven success. To sign up for this course please call 0800 022 4524 (Option3) to book your place.
