All GP practices nationally are contractually required to adopt digital consultations to improve patient access to services. The Colte partnership are introducing Anima, a secure and easy to us online system to help patients get the care they need more quickly and conveniently.
Do not worry if you do not have access to a computer or the internet, if you telephone the surgery , a receptionist will complete the form on your behalf.

All requests for an urgent on the day appointment, a routine GP appointment, home visit or a medication review should be submitted online using Anima. All other appointments for nurses and blood test’s etc. can still be arranged over the telephone.
